Chef Merrill Perry, is a twenty year veteran on the HRM culinary scene. A Dartmouth native, Merrill is a DHS alum and a graduate of the NSCC Culinary Arts program. Earlier in his career he worked at Brightwood as a line cook before moving on to hone his skills, gain knowledge and experience in local trendy food establishments as well as a few high-end hotels. Merrill’s attention to detail focuses on quality meals that ensure the pleasing of all palettes.
